Shipping Info
Packaging //

We package all vinyl orders in reinforced cardboard mailers with sealed corners. Since we ourselves are customers of online vinyl, we know how to ensure safe transportation from our end.

Please note that we are not responsible for shipment delays or damaged packages caused by the carrier.

In case of lost packages sent via regular air mail (not delivered after 4-5 weeks), we urge all customers to contact us and we will try to help in whatever way we can.

Shipping //

Records and other products are shipped within the United States and internationally by the United States postal service. We ship 1-2 times a week, usually on mondays & thursdays.

Time of delivery may vary depending on which country shipping is made to. We have no restrictions regarding shipping destination. Should you be unable to find your country in the listing at check out, please contact us by e-mail and we will find a solution.

Shipping options //

All orders over $50 will be shipped with insurance. This also means all items priced over $50 will only have the insured shipping price option stated.

If you would like insured shipping for orders below $50 please notify us at the time of your order and we will invoice the extra shipping charge to you. A tracking number can also be provided if desired.

Return Policy
If you receive a record that appears to have been damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately. We will do everything in our power to solve the issue. Warped records CANNOT BE RETURNED for any reason. Many records come with a slight warp due to imperfect presses and distributor storage.

This problem is easy to correct. Just place your thumbs on the center of the record and flex the edges in the opposite direction of the warp. Rotate, repeat, test on the turntable. Do this a couple times whenever you play the record and it should fix itself.
